During my transit in Galveston, I found the Wingate By Wyndham Galveston East Beach to be conveniently located only 70 km away from William P. Hobby, making it a suitable stopover for my travel plans. The beachfront accommodations and beach access provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring the area's attractions.

I was disappointed to find that the room did not have proper covers, only a flat sheet, and we were provided with a mattress cover as an alternative. the unexpected charge of $60 for parking, despite the sign outside stating free parking for paid guests, left a negative impression on an otherwise pleasant stay.

Early check-in, nice looking and newly decorated rooms with coffee and enough things, for instance. All in all particularly good setting so close to several shops and restaurants, the sea wall, and sand beach and coffee places.

The staff here are helpful and well-informed, the location is central, close to great restaurants and the beach, and it's pet-friendly with easy access to a pedestrian crossing.

The location of this place is fantastic! It's super close to the ferry, stores, restaurants, clubs, and even the pleasure pier 🎡. A great spot to be in!

The room was super cozy with a flat-screen TV, ironing amenities, and a coffee maker - just what I needed as a solo traveler.

I would have preferred more variety in the TV channels.

The staff at this hotel is awesome and fixed everything promptly. The King room is gorgeous and has a good bathroom. The bus stop is conveniently located just 200 feet away.

The location was amazing as the beach is right across the street, and the rooms were spacious. However, the friendly staff and convenient beach access made our stay enjoyable. The swimming pool offered a relaxing break, and nearby landmarks like 1880 Garten Verein and Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier were ideal for family bonding.

I keep returning for exceptional service. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted with heavy baggage, leaving a lasting impression. The location has everything I need: Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, fitness center, and beach access. I'm excited to return for Christmas!

Excellent location, super close to the Seawall! The queen room was top-notch with an ice machine and super comfy beds that were just perfect for us. 😊

I chose Wingate By Wyndham Galveston East Beach for its convenient location near Galveston's key attractions. The bright stay and Here for You service pleasantly surprised me, and I enjoyed delicious dinner and rum cocktails at The Strand Historic District.

Breakfast items were not up to standard during peak season. Staff were extremely busy.

This place has a great location close to the ocean, and the staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Wingate By Wyndham Galveston East Beach. Excellent location and a great breakfast included. Although we encountered a few issues with the door key and the cleanliness of the room, overall a pleasant experience.

The jaw-dropping beach access, pet-friendly policy, and super friendly staff exceeded my expectations. The comfortable beds and convenient amenities made our stay memorable.

My room included a microwave, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Its location was comfy and stunning, in the Center of the Seawall, and in a quiet area.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly friendly.

Luxurious and spotless property with great service and great value. Good and unbeatable location, short way from everywhere. The rooms with a cozy decor. Nice view of the beach. Affable, incredibly welcoming staff towards all guests.
